About Us - Mojo Running and Fitness is a small, friendly women’s running group in Sevenoaks, Hildenborough and Otford, offering a range of runs for fitness and fun in a non-competitive and encouraging environment.
Our runs - These are aimed at beginners to intermediate runners varying in age from 18 upwards and we have a variety of runs and courses available.
Core Strength Zoom Classes - Designed to help with your balance and core strength and your cardio fitness.
Full Details - You'll find details of our group runs, beginner courses and fitball/circuits sessions by clicking on the relevant tabs above.
Membership fees - There are no membership or joining fees. You just pay for the runs that you do or the course that you wish to join.
Events - There is a big social side to our running group. We love a day out so we organise group participation in a number of events (such as the Great South Run, Penguin vs Santa 5k and the Winter 10k). Why not click on the 'newsletter' button (top right of this page) and click on the 'Run Gallery' tab above to get a better idea of what we get up to.
