All classes are held during term time at The Drive Methodist Church Hall, The Drive, Sevenoaks.  These classes are run as 10-12 week courses, starting at the beginning of each term: January, April and September.  We also put on outdoor circuits sessions in the summer holidays.

Tuesdays - 7:15-8:15pm and Thursdays - 5:45-6:45pm
FITBALL CLASSES - Beginner/Intermediate

These sessions use a fitball or swiss ball (as shown in the picture) as well as resistance bands, weights and wobble boards.  This is a low impact class, working on balance, core, arm and leg strength with some cardio work included. These sessions are open to runners and non-runners and are an effective way to work your whole body.  


Tuesdays - 8:30-9:30pm

CIRCUITS SESSION - Intermediate/Advanced


These sessions are a combination of strength and core work, with some high intensity cardio work.  There will be a mixture of weights, bands, balance and body resistance work.  All exercises can be adapted for a range of ability and workouts vary each week.  A great way to get a good cardio workout and improve fitness and strength.  

SUMMER HOLIDAYS - Tuesday evenings - 7:30pm

Outdoor Circuits Sessions - Start 16 July

During the Summer Holidays we will be putting on some outdoor circuits sessions.  These have been popular over the last couple of years and numbers are limited to 12 per session.  If you'd like to receive more information please get in touch to be added to the mailing list.
