All classes are held during term time at The Drive Methodist Church Hall, The Drive, Sevenoaks.  These classes are run as 10-12 week courses, starting at the beginning of each term: January, April and September.  We also put on outdoor circuits sessions in the summer holidays.

Tuesdays - 7:15-8:15pm - Term time only
FITBALL CLASSES - Beginner/Intermediate

These sessions use a fitball or swiss ball (as shown in the picture) as well as resistance bands, weights and wobble boards.  This is a low impact class, working on balance, core, arm and leg strength with some cardio work included. These sessions are open to runners and non-runners and are an effective way to work your whole body.

OUTDOOR CIRCUITS SESSIONS - All abilities - Start date to be confirmed

During the Summer Holidays we will be putting on some outdoor circuits.  These sessions are a combination of strength and core work, with some high intensity cardio work.  There will be a mixture of weights, bands, balance and body resistance work.  All exercises can be adapted for a range of ability and workouts vary.  A great way to get a good cardio workout and improve fitness and strength.  If you'd like to receive more information please get in touch to be added to the mailing list.
