Up & Running - This group was started by Harry Geake (a clinical psychologist and a runner) and Shona Campbell (an experienced running coach who has suffered with depression) and is suitable for women who have mild to moderate depression or anxiety and who are not currently runners.  For more information please click on the Up & Running link.

 

Niggles and Injuries - If you have any aches, pains or niggles that are causing you concern please speak with the coach that you are running with to ensure that you should be running.  If this problem persists then it is strongly advised that you seek further help with this problem.  Your coach will be able to advise you on this.  Here are the links to both the sports therapist and podiatrist that I highly recommend.

Physiotherapist and Biomechanic - Mark Dayson - Mark trained as a physiotherapist providing a complete service as well as a unique perception of sports training, development, injury assessment and treatment, and rehabilitation.  He works in Maidstone, Canterbury and Sevenoaks (on a Saturday).

 

Podiatrist - Tim Veysey-Smith - Tim is both a podiatrist and sports therapist.  He has his own practice and is based in Goudhurst - Unit 3, Ladysden Farm, Winchet Hill, Goudhurst, Kent.
